u know that portion where your chest joins your arm.. yes i know it's the shoulder but i don't really recall whatever's that muscle or section called. the muscles or tendon there hurts pretty badly! and i really dunnoe what i did to strain it.

tmr i'll be running the housemaster's relay. i'm somewhat excited.. the rush of having to compete is definitely rejuvenating!

wee! mesrc games at malaysia end may! sadly i think that will be my vacation too..

and i have a series of surprises specially for my honey bums! =)
